If we factor in taxes on dividends the upside might not look as attractive anymore. What do you think?

MON's share capital stood at C$19m as of Jun'24, meaning the company can distribute this amount to equity holders as a non-taxable "return of capital." If the company initiates shareholder distributions as a return of capital (highly likely IMO), only the distribution amount above C$19m would be structured as a dividend and thus taxable.
